Right now, the situation for children in Afghanistan is dire, with at least 75,000 having had to flee their homes in the last months amid escalating violence. Even before the Taliban takeover, Afghanistan was crippled by hunger and poverty; as COVID-19, conflict, and drought combined to create a food crisis of a scale not previously seen.

Women education is not considered in villages, due to which women remain uneducated and imprisoned in the boundaries of their homes. Being uneducated, they are not able to join any employment activity. Even they cannot serve as a public representative as it is mandatory to be educated at some specified level to be a participant in the election of public representative and the society.

This donation drive aims to provide care, support and protection for 50 orphan & street children. This home has 6 Care Takers, One Teacher. All the orphan children are being provided with 3 times nutritious food, one set of books and 4 sets of uniforms. Every child has opportunity for indoor and out-door recreation and play facilities along with training in crafts and hobbies.
